A weekend at home...

Last weekend, we started out with Friday Family Game Night. We try to do this most Fridays and let Ali Grace pick the game. We typically will play board games, but Ali Grace asked if we could bowl on the Wii. I can't believe she is old enough to play video games. We bowled, played golf and then did a little boxing. Ali Grace is pretty good at all three.

Ali Grace knocked out her opponent. She said, I'm the champ!

Audrey Caroline was just too tired to hang with the big girls. She bounced all that she could.

 

 Saturday, Ali Grace and I went to the swimming pool. I had a horrible headache, so we did not stay long. We came home and went grocery shopping and buy supplies for Ali Grace's 1st homework assignment. She was thrilled to have homework. I hope that she always loves doing homework.

We gave Audrey Caroline her first Popsicle which she loved after she understood what we were trying to feed her. Now, if she sees her sister eating a Popsicle she makes a bee line to get it.

 I gave the girls baths and put them in their new $3 pjs. I thought they were so cute and for that price. I am thinking that I am going to go back and get a few more.

We played a little while longer. Audrey Caroline has developed a love for baby dolls just like her big sister.

 

It was a good day with my girls. We don't get many weekends with nothing to do, so I treasure our time together as a family.
